Training and Organizational Development Specialist 2, Data Analysis

Note: This position is a hybrid role. 3 days onsite/2 days’ work from home. You can either work at the RTP-NC , LA, California or Glendale, AZ office as your main location.
Summary
As a key member of Grifols’ Talent and Organizational Development Team, the TOD Specialist will effectively assist with planning, implementing, following up, improving, and creating sustainability of various processes and projects. Some of those projects and processes would include comprehensive surveys, data analysis, culture, and value alignment, change management, and development of teams of varying sizes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designs and implements a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Keeps up with industry best practices.
- Compiles reference documents, KPI information, and databases for department use.
- Analyzes data procedures, processes, and the tools and resources related to performance management, employee engagement, and other surveys.
- Uses knowledge of organizational and leadership development practices and technologies including succession planning, performance management, talent management; key measurements, reporting and analysis; industry best practices.
- Designs, implements, and manages programs to analyze evaluation feedback and implement changes/revisions to ensure organizational development and training activities are focused on business needs, corporate objectives, and customer requirements.
- Partners with management and HR in the identification and application of appropriate assessment tools and development interventions to facilitate individual and/or organizational development.
- Actively assists with administering, interpreting, and distributing key surveys while ensuring the integrity of survey data and associated results.
- Effectively manages multiple projects and conflicting priorities that address current and future business priorities.
- Actively participates in survey administration, analysis, and reporting.
- Applies data analytics skills to create comprehensive and custom reports.
- Analyzes and interprets data from formal needs assessments and multiple sources, including but not limited to personal observations, requests from managers, and focus groups.
- Advises HR partners and managers on finding the right solutions and services to meet business needs.
- Documents processes and presents progress reports to talent team and other partners.
- Conducts training on processes and procedures related to performance management system and Success Factors.
- Leads discovery discussions, including interviews and focus groups, for the purpose of understanding current states and future development needs of stakeholders.
- Travels to other sites as necessary.

- Continually evaluates existing program effectiveness and improves when necessary to meet both customer and current organizational needs.
- Establishes evaluation criteria, designs evaluation tools and methods to measure the effectiveness of employee development/training and related activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning theory.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Strong skills with audio video equipment for presentations.
- Excellent facilitation, platform, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Applied knowledge of multiple modalities of skill building strategies, i.e.- eLearning, virtual, and instructor led.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team, in a demanding environment.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of management levels and functional groups.
- Ability to demonstrate practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific customer requirements.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of professionals in a learning environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like organizational psychology, organizational development plus 5 years:
- Experience with strategic planning or organizational culture.
- Experience assisting in the development of organizational-level strategies focused on future-facing goals using change
