Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the nursing department's daily operations
🔹 Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
🔹 Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff
🔹 Monitor patient care and ensure high standards of clinical excellence
🔹 Support quality assurance and improvement initiatives
🔹 Participate in resident care planning and assessments

Qualifications:

✔ RN license preferred (LPNs with strong leadership experience may be considered)
✔ Previous ADON or nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
✔ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
