This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a strong background in product management and data analytics. What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (including data engineering, analytics, and machine learning), and drive end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data products.
  • Define, advocate and execute a data product roadmap that meets business needs and delivers strategic value
  • Perform user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine data products, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes.
  • Build data governance best practices to ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive insights, incorporating them into product strategy and roadmap.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in the data analytics and data management domains.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 2 years as a Product Manager, preferably in the data analytics or data management space, or 5 years as a Data Scientist with a track record of shipping organization-wide data initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and techniques, with experience working with data analysts and business stakeholders.
  • Solid product management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy frameworks (e.g. CCPA) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data manipulation techniques is a plus.
