What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours
• Assist with leasing paperwork and collecting deposits
• Keep leasing and resident files organized and accurate
• Help maintain the appearance of the office and tour-ready units
• Support marketing efforts, including social media
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required
• Leasing experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and communication
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Entrata and social media is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Must be available to work Saturdays
