Job Description:
KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Automation Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift. 2nd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:
• Develop and edit robot programs.
• Troubleshoot/rectify welding issues.
• Identify and correct fixture and part intolerance issues.
• Systematically continue to complete items on personal development plan. Detailed and complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Use of pneumatic tools.
• Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment installations.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• PC Literacy
• Formal robot program training
Value Added Skills:
• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to follow all safety procedures
Physical Requirements:
• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift:
• This is a 2nd Shift position
• Hours are 2pm-10am Monday – Friday
• Shift premium of $2.00/hour
• Overtime at times will be mandatory
