Position Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist/MD to join our team as a contracted Practice Leader. In this role, you will guide and oversee clinical operations, lead a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of dementia-focused primary care. Key Responsibilities 

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for dementia and related cognitive disorders. 

• Lead a team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 

• Develop and implement clinical best practices and care protocols to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. 

• Collaborate with senior living operators and other healthcare partners to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery. 

• Oversee clinical operations, including resource allocation, compliance, and workflow optimization. 

• Ensure adherence to the CMS-approved GUIDE program requirements and participate in program development and improvement. 

• Act as a mentor and advisor to your team, driving professional development and excellence in care delivery. 

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in dementia care and growing our partnerships with senior living facilities. 

Qualifications 

• Medical Doctor (MD) with board certification in Psychiatry. 

• Active, unrestricted medical license. 

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. 

• Expertise in dementia care or geriatric psychiatry highly preferred. 

• Proven success in telemedicine and electronic health record (EHR) platforms. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

• In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices in psychiatric care. 

• Ability to work remotely and manage a team across multiple locations.
