The Infant Nutrition Manager will oversee all Infant Nutrition Lab duties. This vital position will provide oversight and clinical skills necessary for the daily operational processes and coordination of all Infant Nutrition Lab activities. The Infant Nutrition Manager is responsible for ensuring that all patient feedings are produced in a safe environment following industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of performance improvement initiatives within the Infant Nutrition Lab.Hiring and onboarding of new Infant Nutrition Techs.Coordinates all Infant Nutrition Lab activities related to storage, preparation and distribution of human milk and infant formula.Coordinating, promoting, and providing clinical nutrition services for the Infant Nutrition Lab.Supervision and competency oversight of Infant Nutrition Techs.

Additional Job Information:

The incumbent must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action when required. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a Dietitian.
