Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club&nbsp;<strong>Loudoun United FC</strong>.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Attain Sports is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and collaborative professional to fill a critical leadership role overseeing marketing and merchandise across three baseball teams: the Chesapeake Baysox and Frederick Keys, the Double-A and High-A affiliates of the Baltimore Orioles, and the Aberdeen IronBirds, members of the MLB Draft League. This position reports to the&nbsp;Chief Marketing Officer of Attain Sports.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position plays a vital role in shaping the fan experience, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand visibility across the Attain Sports portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and understands that the best outcomes are achieved by bringing the right people together.
