Position overview:

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Account Resolution Unit in the role of Child Support Specialist Trainee. The candidate will participate in an agency sponsored enforcement training program of up to twelve months to learn the process of completing calculations of financial obligations and support balances related to child support accounts along with understanding the use of the Key information Delivery System, Comptroller system, State Disbursement Unit computer system and other processes, policies and procedures related to child support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in learning the operations of the ARU Team.
