Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts. 3. Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates. 4. Review of Marketing Material and Marketing and Retail Campaigns. 5. Communication with Regulatory Authorities. 6. Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels. 7. Support in promoting the Compliance Program. 8. Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department. 9. Liaise with the HQ Legal Team. 10. Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.职位要求1. French Law qualification. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience gained as an in-house lawyer or as a lawyer in a law firm in advising business clients. 3. Full proficiency in French and English. 4.
