We are seeking a part-time Senior Consultant to join our team in the Great Lakes Area to work approximately one to two days per week, as needed, to provide senior-level input and review and provide support for business development, as needed. Specific work schedule will be coordinated with employee’s supervisor.   Candidates need to have demonstrated experience a strong industry reputation managing dam, geotechnical and water resources projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level review of work products for dam, geotechnical , coal-combustion residual, water resources and other civil engineering projects. 
• Support business development by providing early input and senior-level review for proposals, and attending prospective client meetings to demonstrate Verdantas’ experience. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum four-year (accredited) college degree in Engineering, or other related technical discipline
• 20+ years’ of relevant experience 
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) with the ability to get reciprocal licenses within Great Lakes geography
• Demonstrates leadership and the embodiment of the core values of Verdantas
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail 
• Must be able to pass a background check
