The Quality Systems Technician plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital quality systems, smart tools, and quality infrastructure. Reporting to the Lead Quality Systems Engineer, this role focuses on setting up systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and enabling the smooth integration of quality processes within manufacturing operations.</p> <p><strong>Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville offices and does not offer remote work.</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the setup, configuration, and validation of quality systems, including smart tools, AI cameras, and digital inspection devices.</li> <li>Assist in troubleshooting issues related to EQMS platforms, smart inspection systems, and quality data capture tools.</li> <li>Work with engineering, IT, and quality teams to integrate new tools and systems into production processes.</li> <li>Help build and maintain process flows, control plans, and digital documentation related to quality system infrastructure.</li> <li>Support the digitization, automation, and standardization of quality and traceability records, including inspection data, testing logs, serialization records, and process verification checkpoints.</li> <li>Contribute to the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and user guides related to quality systems.</li> <li>Participate in pilot runs and process trials to validate functionality and integration of smart quality tools.</li> <li>Monitor system performance and escalate recurring issues o
