The Patient Service Representative greets patients in a pleasant manner; answer telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and knowledge to schedule appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience : Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed at the Sister Bay Clinic.
Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the hourly rate.
