Product Lead *

 Your contribution to the big picture

 

• Together with our Industry Leads, you will develop and establish the Large Scale Solutions and translate the market strategy into a product strategy.
• Your focus in this joint work is to define what SMA can realize or develop as products and how customer requirements are translated into product features
• You design the overall strategy for this product type with focus on customer value and solution fit and are responsible for the respective product/feature roadmap
• You ensure the harmonization of the different products within your product category (regarding user experience, feature sets, system interfaces, market aspects)
• Besides your role as contact person for internal and external stakeholders regarding your product type, you transfer the planning into the implementation and are overall responsible for the realization/development of the products in your category

 

Your skills are in demand

 

• Degree in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in product management or in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge in the field of renewable power plants
• You speak fluent German and English
• Positive commitment, holistic and strategic thinking and acting, as well as a structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility
