Production Coordinator

Piping Rock Health Products is rapidly growing and looking for a Production Coordinator. You would be responsible for the coordination of all office functions while assisting management with all day to day tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient with MS Office, comfortable with technology, detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible to change, and has an entrepreneurial mindset that matches ours.
Responsibilities:
• General clerical duties including maintaining files
• Assist with facility checks as needed
• Review newly revised SOP’s and base trainings on this information
• Create new SOP folders for newly hired associates
• Conduct SOP and Safety training for new hires
• Conduct new SOP/WI and OPL training
• Maintain safety SOP/WI and OPL training records
• Maintain SOP and keep Safety matrix updated
• Maintain Production inventory supplies
• Batch Record Review
• Keep safety data sheet updated
• Preparation of documentation for Social compliance and GMP audits
• Assist with various projects and provide additional support where needed
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging group training sessions
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent 2 -3 years of experience in an office environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
• Experience in a busy environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to train groups effectively
• Superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to conduct training for second and third shift employees
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively deal with a wide array of people
• High proficiency with MS Office and other business-related software
• Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training
Role’s Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment
