Manufacturing Engineer - Senior

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – Senior to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Oshkosh, WI location.

• Lead Equipment and Tooling Strategy 
  You'll select and implement the right equipment, tools, and fixtures to support safe, ergonomic, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. 
• Standardize and Document Best Practices 
  By developing clear, standardized process documentation, you'll ensure consistency, reduce variability, and support training and compliance efforts. 
• Mentor and Solve with Impact 
  You'll lead structured problem-solving efforts, mentor others in root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions that protect both the customer and the business.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. 
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 
 
Experience: 
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 

• Assist in the development of fixtures, tooling, and packaging. 
• Support Operations by developing work instructions 
• Troubleshoot issues on the shop floor when called upon.
