We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting in the production, and packaging of products, ensuring quality standards are met. This role is critical in maintaining efficient production flow and meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, identifying any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any mechanical issues or production delays to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a cold environment (32°F - 40°F).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reach overhead with loads up to 40 lbs.
- Experience operating hand-held or mechanical machinery is preferred.
- Able to walk and climb stairs as needed.
- Ability to grip, grasp, and twist using hands and wrists effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No minimum education or prior work experience required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
