And through everything from audit to training, we make sure Dell complies with the highest global quality standards.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><strong>What you’ll achieve:</strong> </span></p></div><div><div><p>As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and ODM factory quality metrics, including <span><span lang="EN-GB">First Pass Yield (</span></span>FPY), <span><span lang="EN-GB">End of Line Quality Metric (</span></span>EQM), and <span><span lang="EN-GB">Missing, Wrong, Damaged (</span></span>MWD). You will drive improvements to factory quality inspection processes in line with ISO and regulatory requirements, lead investigations into customer quality issues, <span><span lang="EN-GB">and perform Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA) on issues</span></span>.
