Your Role and Responsibilities

• Create a warm, loving classroom that supports each child’s development and individuality. 
• Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, kindness, and purposeful play.

• Inspire Young Minds: Play a pivotal role in planning and executing educational and recreational activities, creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Foster Relationships: Connect daily with children and their families, providing exceptional service and creating lasting impressions.
• Collaborate with Peers: Work hand-in-hand with other educators, contributing to an enriching curriculum and a robust community.

What We Look For

• Educational Background: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA, is preferred.
• Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication abilities, professional stress management, and effective multitasking.
• Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, a vital aspect of child safety and care.
