What You’ll Do:

As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll support our Veterinarians and Credentialed Veterinary Technicians with:

• Patient intake, history taking, and restraint during exams
• Assisting with lab work and medication prep
• Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for pets
• Handling sensitive tasks like caring for deceased patients and managing hospital cleanliness
• Providing excellent communication and support to both clients and your team
• Phlebotomy
• Radiographs
• Patient Restraint
• Surgical Procedure setup, cleanup, monitoring, etc

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first and last impression for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
• Handling payments, discussing services, and recommending products
• Maintaining accurate medical records and supporting our daily operations
• Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, and ready to care for every patient

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable around animals and handling pets safely
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Drive to learn new skills

Schedule & Requirements:

• One Evening (until 8 PM) and Rotating Saturdays (2) are required
• Must have reliable transportation, including in inclement weather
• Pay rate is based on experience and educational background
