What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care

• Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations

• Partner with leadership to improve resident outcomes

What You Bring

• Active RN license

• 5+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
