As a Product Owner, you are responsible for a digital e-commerce solution. You are the voice of the customer and act as a leader for your digital solution. You will bring stakeholders together to ensure a best-in-class solution, serving the customers’ needs. 

 

The Product owner is:

• Responsible for the prioritization of work, creation of the backlog, communication of the priorities with the stakeholders and value assessment for inbound requests to the digital solution
• The subject matter expert for a dedicated customer facing solution
• Working directly with an agile development team to fulfill the unique customer needs within this market segment based on direct input from the business stakeholders, product management and end users of the solutions
• Participating in the road mapping and prioritization process with all stakeholders to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers and driving the most value for the organization
• Working closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are well understood and implemented correctly
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the product to ensure that it meets business goals and customer needs
• Providing functional demos of work completed by your product team
• Collaborating with other POs to coordinate dependencies and continuously improve PO ways of working
• Ensuring that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

 

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years experience as a Product owner or Product Manager
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital technologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, plus when using SAFe methodology
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Nice to have:

• Experience in the (electric) distribution industry
• Knowledge of UX design principles and practices
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
• BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Will be a hybrid schedule - three days per week in the office and two days remote.
