About The Demand Center

The Demand Center is responsible for bringing architecture, engineering, and construction products to market on our eCommerce store and the full marketing lifecycle of those eCommerce products.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a content creator who will work with our marketing team to  produce SketchUp models and use them to generate video content and learning materials for use on social media, emails, our website, and YouTube. In this role you will combine model creation with video and still screen captures, motion graphics and live video to create compelling marketing content.

A passion for quality, communication and learning is key, as we aim to be the best informational and educational resource possible. The successful candidate will be able to blend creativity into their work, while staying on brand. Being flexible is essential, as the Content team is very small and each member takes on many roles.  An existing understanding of our core markets of architecture, engineering, and/or construction is ideal. Candidate must show the ability to assimilate information about a software product and then express that information in a way that helps users to understand the value of the product.

Responsibilities and projects include:

• Converting basic sales and product information about a product into easy to understand video and image assets

• Generating professional level SketchUp models as well as supporting documents and assets including video, imagery, and production level output.

• Help foster learning culture in the greater organization.

• Help guide the creation of internal templates for efficiency and brand recognition.

• Be the brand’s advocate and always be pushing the creative boundaries of our learning resources. 

• Participate in sales, support, business and product meetings when appropriate. 

Skills & experience required:

• A degree in design fields, video production, web design, architecture or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in video or design-related fields.

• 5+ years creating professional models in SketchUp software.

• Proficiency in video and image editying software (Adobe CC products a plus).

• Well versed in design and layout theory, and 3D software techniques in general. 

• A working knowledge of business applications such as the Google suite. 

• Experience with Trimble AECO software a plus

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
