FPG Clinical Excellence & Operations Supervisor (LPN or Medical Assistant)

Job Summary

This leader has oversight of the development and implementation of FPG-wide overarching clinical protocols, processes, and procedures, providing standardized clinical staff training, as well as monthly clinical audits and activities of multiple FPG locations. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior and may perform as a Clinical Float as needed.

 

*Will consider an LPN or Medical Assistant for this role. 

Required Qualifications

FPG Clinical Excellence & Operations Supv I (Medical Assistant)

- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.- Require five (5) years' experience in a healthcare or physician office setting. 

 

FPG Clinical Excellence & Operations Supv II (LPN)

- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.- Require five (5) years' experience in healthcare or physician office setting. 

Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Mandatory Education

HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate

Required License and Certs

BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR

FL LPN: FL Licensed Practical Nurse

or 

Current/active Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant credential or EMT license
