We're growing in Geneva and looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and leading by example.

What You'll Do
Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
Mentor and assist apprentice and junior installers on the job
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Complete start-up, testing, and system verification
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation
What We're Looking For
5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Previous experience as a Lead Installer preferred
Strong experience installing:
Furnaces
Air conditioners
Heat pumps
Mini-split systems
Boilers
Ability to read installation specifications and troubleshoot installation challenges
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
EPA Certification preferred
