Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to be based on our Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA offices.
The Business Development Consultant will Work as a collaborative team leader, you will be responsible for business development, managing and delivering projects, coordinating one or more project teams, and undertaking client interaction, communication, planning, research, data analytics, visualization, workshop facilitation and presentation preparation / delivery.
- This position will be responsible for Business strategy, policy development, data analytics and operations planning
- Development of Communication strategy
- Creating and delivering change management strategies and organizational development plans
- Will perform web based data analytics, and develop visualization presentations utilizing standard industry software
- Project management, project work planning, scheduling and resource deployment
- Business development, market planning and client relationships

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS plus six (6) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education
- Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
- Excel, Tableau, Power BI data manipulation and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years relevant post education experience
- preferably master’s degree in business, public policy, economics, computer science, architecture, planning, design, social science, or another relevant field

Offered rate of compensation (Washington, D.C. locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000
