About the Role:

We are looking for a KYC senior program manager to continue to develop and scale the Compliance KYC Program. This role will report into the Global Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit.  In this role, you will help to manage the global KYC program requirements. You will work with stakeholders to identify program and operational risk and help to initiate and manage the solutions. You will provide oversight to the KYC program and enhance and monitor via metrics, testing and exam results and provide reports to senior leaders regarding the status and health of the program to ensure the advancement the achievement of the Company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.  Experience working for a FinTech or a rapid growth company is a plus. 

You Will:

• Manage current and new regulatory requirements for the KYC/CDD program globally
• Maintain governance documents for the KYC/CDD program
• Build/Maintain control inventory
• Ensure the global training for the KYC/CDD program is implemented and complied with
• Design and report on current KYC/CDD program health
• Identify gaps, mitigate risks and manage program remediation

You Have:

• Experienced Compliance Professional

  • 7+ years working in compliance for a Fin-Tech or financial institution

  • 3-5+ years of experience working with global Know your Customer (KYC) requirements

  • Experience partnering with global compliance leaders to ensure KYC requirements are within the global framework

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $96,000-$125,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
