MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II - Swing/Graveyard

POSITION SUMMARY
Accountable for preventative maintenance of all facilities, property and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself.
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing and replacing equipment related to the gaming floor.
• Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system and generators.
• Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and other projects related to the maintenance of the property.
• Preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience in Maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.

MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions.
• Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness.
• Pay attention to the needs of guests and team members at all times.
• Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• All facilities on property.
• Some confined areas.
• Expose to hot and cold temperatures.
• Varied weather conditions, fumes and chemicals used in maintenance.
