EL1 Sports is a national sports training company created by athletes, coaches, and educators who believe in the transformative power of sport to make a difference in people’s lives both on and off the field. EL1 is the proud youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball.

We are seeking camp counselors who love working with kids and enjoy physical activities and crafts while being responsible for the safety and well-being of children ages 6-12 years of age. Our camp is a multi-Sport camp where kids play a variety of sports each day along with water games and crafts. Our multi-sport camp is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for the children and an experience families will love to hear about. Camp Counselors are expected to maintain safety standards in a responsible manner. Qualified candidates will be comfortable working directly with children and guiding activities.

Camps take place Monday - Friday. 4 or 8 hour shifts are available. Additional weekend hours are available to support Birthday Parties (if interested). 

Requirements

• The Summer Camp Counselor leads planned activities, supervises games and projects, and maintains a safe, positive environment for youth ages 6-12
• Lead recreational and craft-related activities 
• Educate campers through games and activities
• Make sure all safety rules are followed
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Must be 16 years of age or older (note, Employment Certificates, also known as Work Permits, are mandatory in Pennsylvania for minors under 18. The certificate must be acquired by the minor and presented to their employer to verify their ability to work before they are hired.)
