As part of our Data Migration division, we are responsible for the seamless transition of critical data across various systems. We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility throughout the migration process.<br/>Our team operates within an Agile framework, emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. By employing SAFe and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), we maintain a consistent and structured approach to project management, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.<br/>The team consists of experienced data engineers, analysts, architects, developers and project managers who bring diverse expertise to the table. We are committed to fostering a supportive and innovative environment, where each team member can contribute to our collective success. As we continue to grow and tackle new challenges, we are looking for a driven working student to join us and support our mission in optimizing data management processes.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Assist our SCRUM teams in meeting their delivery goals</li> <li>help to coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events</li> <li>Ensure SCRUM team is able to plan, execute, review and retrospect the tasks</li> <li>Track and report on key milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or master studies in Information Technology, Business Administration or related</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Well structured</li> <li>Motivating and inspiring</li> <li>Experience with SCRUM, SAFe and/or Jira preferred</li> <li>Fluent in verbal and written English, German is a plus</li> <li><strong>Working from Walldorf or Hamburg office is required</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is an SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
