Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday through Friday (NO Weekends - WOOHOO!!) - 8 hour shifts - Business Hours, there is flexibility with your start time - Let's Discuss This!! This is not a remote position, must be on-site.
Excellent Opportunity for a tenured RN looking to jump start their career-path into hospital administration.
- Super savvy with Microsoft office - you will need to be an expert in excel and power-point.
- Responsible for coordinating and leading all activities associated with the Stroke Program - you will essentially be the go-to person and face of this program.
- Is an active participant in performance improvement data collection, activities, and functions to promote an integrated program in Stroke Programs, which ensures the provision of the highest quality of health-care. - you will be up and about, this is not a boring 8-5 desk job.
- Assists with the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures, including staff education activities related to stroke care. - you will need to be both creative and charismatic.
- Evaluates Stroke Program through the use of data capture, follow-up and trend analysis and presents findings to appropriate committees. - highly organized and detailed oriented - calling all my A-type personalities.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures for both the Risk and Stroke Programs. - you are apart of a hospital team of stellar individuals that truly care and love what they do - they bring their best selves to the unit daily.
- Other assigned duties as needed - you will need to be flexible and willing to help your teammates out for the good of the community.
