Job Description

• As part of new projects in the Industrial Vehicle sector, leading the technical development of the complete body module ( underbody, upperbody, openings) .
• Managing different business teams in order to develop, according to the concepts and styles imposed in a defined architecture, the studies for BIW.
• Developing the pre-study concept and propose a solution, an innovative concept on the body side module (management of assemblies and unit parts).
• Leading the design of the technical solution, including the architecture studies of the platform doors.
• Managing the realization of detailed studies, taking into account the constraints of industrialization.
• Participating in all the technical meetings of the project, the development of tools, the follow-up of prototypes, the launch of series.
• Consolidating the technical data in order to make the study work more reliable. 
• Ensuring the reporting to the Project Manager and the client.

Qualifications

• Experience in CATIA V5/V6 design in automotive industry;
• At least 4-5 years' experience in the design and management of Body in White studies;
• Good command of English and/or French 
• Previous experience as a lead engineer is a plus;
• Knowledge of the client's  processes
• Excellent communication skills.
