The Opportunity:

 As a technical business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with clients and technical teams, you’ll identify clients’ various use cases, distill product and service requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to clients and their partners. Work with us to make an impact by changing the face of healthcare. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

You Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience with managing technical requirements and supporting platform or infrastructure development projects 

  • Experience with using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel  

  • Experience with Azure, DevOps, or JIRA  

  • Experience working in Agile Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe teams 

  • Ability to translate and validate use cases and architectural and technical requirements implemented in products and services  

  • Ability to lead client meetings, ask pertinent questions, collect requirements, and document user stories and acceptance criteria  

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements  

  • Bachelor's degree  

 

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with implementing cloud solutions on Azure or AWS 

  • Experience in supporting big data and platform products and features using SaFE 

  • Experience with managing others  

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, or Power Automate  

  • Knowledge of the requirements and product life cycle  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile development team
