We are currently seeking an individual to join the Office of the CEO to drive critical projects and work streams as well as develop executive reports. We are currently seeking an individual to join the Office of the CEO to drive critical projects and work streams as well as develop executive reports. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects and stand-up new functions that do not have a natural “home” within an existing team
- Drive high priority activities on behalf of the Office of the CEO, spanning functions including but not limited to sales, delivery, service, marketing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and quality
- Develop materials and reports to be used by the Board of Directors and relevant Board committees leveraging content, data and insights from across the organization
- Track and drive action items from the Board of Directors and relevant Board committees
- Collaborate with the Strategic Planning function and work cross-functionally to establish annual corporate rhythm and cadence
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, program management or management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering or other relevant fields
- Excellent critical thinking, research, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Aptitude for driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance while still operating in a team environment
- Passion for transforming the automotive and mobility industry Advantageous:
- Prior experience in automotive, mobility, and relevant adjacent sectors
