It plays a key role in promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the institution.</p> <p>INSEAD is seeking a  <strong>Senior Manager, HRBP and Employee Relations </strong>to join our Human Resources department. This is a<strong> full-time, permanent position</strong> based at  our <strong>Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France</strong>. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home. </p> <p><strong><u>About the job</u></strong></p> <p>The <strong>Senior Manager, HRBP and Employee Relations </strong>supports the President of the CSE as lead negotiator with trade unions, managing negotiations and collective agreements, while also acting as an HR Business Partner for a specific team, providing tailored HR guidance alongside their core responsibilities.</p> <p><strong><u>Your role within the team</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the HR teams with operational labour law expertise and counsel in areas of collective and individual labour law </li> <li>Support President of CSE/lead negotiator with trade unions in the redaction of collective agreements and preparation of CSE/TU negotiations/meeting preparation and meetings with Labor Inspection. Manage the calendar of social legal obligations. Manage employee representative elections</li> <li>Act as a business partner for one department (perimeter to be confirmed) with the management of the HRD </li> <li>Support the HR teams in their dealings with government bodies (URSSAF, DREETS, …)</li> <li>Provide legal support to HR data integrity management (part of the data integrity team led by the Legal Department)</li> <li>Maintain a permanent legal watch on changes in labour legislation </li> <li>Ensure management actions and decisions are following local employment law in all our geographies</li> <li>Review employment documents</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>The ideal candidate profile</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Law or equivalent</li> <li>A minimum of 5-8 years in a similar HR role with a strong track record in multinational companies</li> <li>Skilled at offering practical and strategic guidance to both managers and employees</li> <li>Solid understanding of French Labour Law, individual and collective</li> <li>Proven experience in multicultural, international settings, with a strong capacity for cultural adaptability</li> <li>Proficiency in spoken and written French and English, enabling clear communication within a global organization</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Personal Attributes</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly energetic with a proactive approach to tackling responsibilities</li> <li>Detail-oriented and thorough in work</li> <li>Consistently committed to producing high-quality outcomes</li> <li>Service-oriented, providing strong support to colleagues</li> <li>Positive, team-oriented, and resilient under pressure</li> <li>Committed to continuous learning and professional growth</li> <li>Fair and objective in decision-making</li> <li>Upholds integrity and high ethical standards</li> <li>Willing to take decisive actions and make challenging choices when needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Kindly submit your application along with a CV in English. </strong></p> <p></p> At INSEAD, we are proud of our strong international presence and deep connections to the global business community.
