Quality Control Assistant

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Quality Control Assistants for projects located in the Woodland, WA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $33-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Ensure that all precast concrete products meet required specifications and quality standards through active inspections, material testing, and production monitoring
• Perform concrete testing, including: Slump, Air Content, Compressive Strength
• Monitor and support the full production process, from raw material intake through curing.
• Ensure consistent quality control at all stages
• Use computers and tablets for entering test results and reports

Requirements

• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with WSDOT QC 6 Standard Practice for plant approval and documentation
• 5+ years working in precast concrete
