Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead our expanding team. This role is for an individual deeply passionate about harnessing web-based application technologies to create immersive and functional user experiences. As a senior figure, you'll guide our adept team of mobile, software, and systems engineers in architecting and rolling out innovative web-based applications.

Our software engineers are cornerstone members of our team, constructing comprehensive web and Android applications using the newest development tools and technologies. We are continuously exploring fresh technologies to broaden our capabilities.

Success in this leadership role hinges on a robust academic and professional background that demonstrates your initiative, accountability, and the significant impact you've contributed to your field. Above all, we're looking for someone with a keen sense of curiosity and a profound commitment to teamwork.

This position offers the flexibility of being 100% remote.

In the First Six Months, You Will:

• Spearhead the enhancement of our secure communication platforms.
• Lead the design and execution of new user interfaces for our software platforms.
• Oversee the planning and development of backend service infrastructure.

What you will do:

• Translating complex project requirements into top-tier, production-ready code.
• Architecting web-based applications utilizing Angular, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, among other technologies.
• Elevating applications to peak performance, aesthetics, usability, and security standards.
• Collaborating with and leading teams across mobile, software, and systems engineering disciplines.
• Creating detailed engineering documentation, user manuals, mockups, and prototypes.
• Actively seeking out and integrating cutting-edge technologies to streamline development processes.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Over 5-10 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end development, familiar with a wide range of programming languages and technologies.
• A solid grasp of browser testing, debugging, design, and layout principles.
• Proficient in handling remote data via REST and JSON.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, remote working environment.
• Exceptional time-management and leadership skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices, with proficiency in Git and Docker is highly desirable.
