Senior Technical Sourcer

We're looking for a passionate, innovative, motivated Senior Technical Sourcer. In this role, you will support Interwell Health's growth by identifying and engaging with top talent. You will lead the sourcing strategy and implementation of Technical and other hiring efforts, and drive talent attraction strategies across the businesses.

• Sound and deeply skilled talent assessment skills based on statistically significant methodologies
• Ruthless discipline with regard to data hygiene; analyzing and reporting funnel metrics
• Skilled at influencing and delivering successful outcomes for all sides
• Able to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-aware and connected with own personal working style and habits

What you will do:

• Drive and foster close collaborations with Recruiters and hiring teams to understand role profile priorities
• Execute strategic sourcing and prescreening of highly qualified talent for Technical and other org-wide roles
• Provide market expertise on the talent landscape and insights on unique attributes befitting our company in collaboration with partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships and strive for timely and impactful communication for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
• Drive and maintain candidate pipeline and readiness by leveraging various attraction initiatives
• Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact and drive continuous improvement 
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to anticipate upcoming headcount and proactively understand how new hires will fit into the organization
