Schumacher Automotive Group in West Palm Beach is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Client Care Service Coordinator!   The Automotive Client Care Service Coordinator responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls: 
  • Make appointments.
  • Take messages for the Service Team.
• Greeting Clients:
  • Welcome clients as they enter the service bay.
  • Directing clients to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Walk short  distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
• Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records in the dealership database.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

• A professional with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
• Must be available to work Weekdays and Saturdays
