Hourly: $28.70 - $41.49 Hourly

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Mill Machinists with hands-on experience operating Kitamura and Fadal vertical machining centers. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in precision machining, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts to exact specifications.

Your Challenge:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kitamura & Fadal) performing precision machining to tolerances within 0.001”

  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T

  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed

  • Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain tolerances

  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators)

  • Maintain clean and organized work area

  • Work collaboratively with programming and quality departments

Your Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably Kitamura and/or Fadal

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code

  • Strong understanding of machining best practices and materials

  • Familiarity with conversational controls and/or Fanuc preferred

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
