Senior Production Officer

The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.

We’re currently recruiting a Sr. Production Officer for our US Team who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out.

Job Description

• Assist site manager to plan and organize the production site to achieve company’s business objectives
• Manage processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing to ensure efficient delivery of the production schedule
• Update current SOPs and create SOPs for new processes
• Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
• Capable of configuring, operating, and adjusting equipment, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues that impact the quality and timeliness of services or products
• Efficiently manage time and resources to meet business objectives.
• Inspect finished products for defects, identifying and marking non-conforming materials as per work instructions.
• Ensure product assembly meets specified production standards for quality and quantity.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned from management

Requirement

• Academic qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering or other operation-related discipline is preferred

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in operations management or related roles.

• Competence (Technical):
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Good understanding of operations management principles and practices.
• Competence (Soft):
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
• Passionate about production and operations, with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
  
  
• Maintain regular attendance (5 days) at the worksite to support ongoing production operations.

Total Compensation

• Annual Base Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 DOE
