Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Workday Integrations Design build and support integrations between Workday and other internalexternal systems using Workday Studio EIB and other integration tools

Configuration and Customization Configure Workday modules such as HCM Payroll and Financials to meet business needs Customize business processes security roles and reporting

Report Development Create and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields

Testing and Quality Assurance Conduct unit and integration testing of Workday solutions Ensure that all configurations and customizations are thoroughly tested before deployment

Troubleshooting and Support Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday applications Resolve issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback

Documentation Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all Workday configurations customizations and integrations

Collaboration Work closely with HR Finance and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Participate in project planning and status meetings
