Pay Range

$22.90 - $34.35

Job Description:

• Enter and process incoming referrals accurately into current software system
• Support insurance workflow by adding authorization details and documenting eligibility updates within system scope
• Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with team members to support timely referral processing
• Maintain productivity standards while ensuring high level of data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in healthcare, data entry, or intake operations preferred
• Strong typing proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote weekend environment while maintaining strong focus and minimizing distractions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
  • CarePort / Ensocare / referral intake systems
  • Epic
• Basic understanding of:
  • Insurance verification and authorization workflows
  • Home health referral processes
