Technical Concrete Sales Manager

Are you passionate about construction materials and eager to work in a small team?  Master Builders Solutions is looking for a driven Technical Concrete Sales manager based at our concrete laboratory in Oosterhout NB, The Netherlands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in the analysis, development, and promotion of cutting-edge construction chemical technologies.

Responsibilities

• You are fascinated by the production process of concrete (concrete technologist or equivalent by experience) and have a strong interest in the chemical and physical processes that make the production of concrete so special.
• You have a strong interest in the current challenges facing the concrete industry; sustainability in all its facets, such as the evolution of cement types, the reuse of raw materials, reducing the ecological footprint, the challenges in the field of energy efficiency
• From our laboratory in Oosterhout you will develop practical solutions for concrete problems that our customers face, in a scientifically substantiated manner
• Together with commercial colleagues, you develop our solutions from A to Z, which means that you also regularly supervise projects on location at our customers.
• You are a team player and do not hesitate to interact with our local and international R&D community on a regular basis
• You have a commercial mindset without compromising a strong focus on scientific precision.
• You find it important that your work is not only interesting, but also fun, both in the interaction with colleagues and with our customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the chemicals or construction industry, preferably with concrete products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in a concrete testing laboratory or within the construction sector essential. Prior managerial experience is highly desirable.
• Concrete Expertise: In-depth knowledge of concrete and a general understanding of construction materials is required.
• Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
• Health & Safety: A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and a proactive approach to Health & Safety
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to analyses and interpret data effectively.
