About the role

As a Field Sales Team member, you will be an integral part of our sales strategy, working directly with clients to understand their needs and promote our products. Your role is crucial in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring a positive and successful sales process. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, utilizing your expertise to achieve outstanding results.
  • Sell CORE client's products to operators within the assigned territory, focusing on building long-term relationships.
  • Operator Contact: 70% of time allocation. Make, obtain, and secure sales. Develop and maintain sales through product presentations and customer interaction on behalf of CORE clients as directed.
  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 35 accounts by calling on them every 60 days.
  • Make a minimum of 12 sales calls per week.
  • Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and targets.
  • Execute assigned sales targets by actively engaging with clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, utilizing CRM for efficient tracking and management.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including call reports, sales data, and customer feedback.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote our products.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • A proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient sales management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software for effective sales process management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of sales activities and meeting deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
