The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

General Purpose: Oversees administrative management and personnel to support acute care delivery in a home setting. Ensures compliance with regulations, contractual obligations, and operational standards. Supports clinical and operational functions, including logistics, quality, safety, and remote patient monitoring. Aligns program objectives with institutional goals through strategic planning and financial management. Leads program development, sustainability, and growth to enhance access, optimize capacity, and maintain high-quality care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manages administrative and operational functions across a home-based acute care program and its intersections with traditional hospital services. Leads project management and administrative staff while collaborating with organizational leaders to design and implement clinical and operational initiatives. Develops and optimizes supply chain logistics to ensure timely and efficient care delivery in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Builds and maintains an effective team by providing leadership, training, and continuous improvement strategies. Oversees resource deployment, workflow analysis, and virtual care operations while ensuring patient and caregiver perspectives remain integral to program development.
• Leads the development and implementation of program strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and engaging with payers in various reimbursement models. Drives change management efforts to establish home-based acute care as a preferred option for appropriate patients. Monitors and evaluates clinical and operational performance, optimizing programs for safety, quality, efficiency, equity, and cost-effectiveness. Leads initiatives to resolve challenges, conduct audits, analyze trends, improve systems, and implement changes. Conducts competitive intelligence and market research to position the program as a leader in best practices. Serves as a key thought partner to leadership in guiding program launch and growth. Oversees workforce, digital infrastructure, procurement, financial, regulatory, and legal development for program expansion.
• Enhances department and organizational reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse initiatives. Establishes and manages program and project expectations with team members and stakeholders. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships across enterprise departments, including clinical and support services. Builds and sustains partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and home care providers. Serves as a leading voice in advocating best practices for home-based acute care programs internally and externally.
• Negotiates contracts and partnerships with vendors to support clinical and logistical operations. Develops and manages the annual operating and capital budgets. Establishes service-level agreements for operational and logistics workflows within the organization and with external vendors. Collaborates with leadership and finance teams to prepare and oversee budgets for program services and related departmental needs. Assists in meeting financial objectives by contributing to forecasting and budget planning. Analyzes financial and operational variances and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Drives program and project-level reporting on key metrics and key performance indicators, ensuring real-time transparency into core operations. Conducts regular reviews and updates of clinical operations policies and procedures. Develops and supports internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and operational effici
