Automotive Service Area Manager

We are looking for a high-impact Automotive Service Area Manager to lead multiple service locations in the North Palm Beach market.

This role is for a proven operator. Someone who builds strong managers, improves shop performance, drives revenue, and holds the line on accountability.

We are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk reviewing reports. We want a leader who is in the stores, on the floor, coaching managers, tightening processes, improving numbers, and raising the standard every day.

What You’ll Own

• Operational leadership across multiple automotive service locations
• Revenue growth, gross profit performance, and KPI execution
• Hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Profit management, budgeting, and expense control
• Performance analysis and turnaround strategies when needed
• Consistent execution of company standards and safety compliance
• Building a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer excellence

You will be responsible for performance. Period.  If numbers are off, you fix them. If culture is weak, you elevate it.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive service management experience
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of growing revenue and improving operational efficiency
• Experience developing managers and building leadership pipelines
• Deep understanding of automotive repair shop operations

You should be comfortable making decisions, holding people accountable, and driving measurable improvement.

Pay & Benefits

Earning Potential: $120,000 to $140,000 per year

Top performers earn in the $140K+ range. Compensation is performance-based, with no artificial caps. Your income directly reflects the results you drive across your locations.
