Purpose of the Position:
The Director, Corporate Alliance is responsible for managing the Corporate Alliance team, supporting employer partnership relationships, and sustaining and improving the overall Corporate Alliance contribution each cohort.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, determine strategy for and lead a group of Corporate Alliance Managers that manage teams of Corporate Alliance Representatives, including overseeing performance management and team member development.
- Develop and deploy a strategy for coordination between the core Career Services production teams and the Corporate Alliance team to ensure that partner requisitions are being filled in a timely manner.
- Oversee collaboration of the Corporate Alliance Account Managers and corporate partners to ensure the sustained growth and success of partnerships. This includes facilitating a continuous stream of graduates applying to and getting hired by partners.
- Proactively identify and understand the expectations and needs of corporate partners and clearly communicate these expectations to all Career Services stakeholders.
- Oversee team productivity by ensuring call monitoring expectations are upheld and real time coaching on the job is being executed.
- Ensure management of graduate population outreach and follow-up.
- Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Management experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills required.
- History of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
Preferred Requirements:
- 3-5 years leading multiple teams through multiple leaders.
- 5 years of experience in account management, partnership development, or similar role.
- Experience managing teams in high volume staffing, recruiting, or BPO space.
- Experience working in ABHES-accredited schools.
- Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms.
