Aero Design, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace, is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to develop electro-mechanical components at our facility in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Qualifications

PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and participate in all aspects of product development for assigned components, as detailed below –

• Analyze existing commercial aircraft components in order to reverse engineer them and develop equivalent replacement parts.
• Review dimensional inspection and material analysis of assigned components.
• Create and revise Engineering drawings in SolidWorks.
• Determine required Acceptance and Qualification testing for assigned components.
• Prepare design substantiation document packages for FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval.

• Perform other activities as assigned by management
