How will you make an impact in this role?
The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) organization provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solution that enrich our colleagues' skills and knowledge. We empower engagement and drive business results across Global Servicing (GS) through talent solutions. Our team is seeking a SharePointe PowerPlatform Engineer who will serve on the Global Learning Architecture (GLA) Capabilities team. GLA is responsible for partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and the wider GLKM team to develop and implement global learning solutions that align with key business strategies to elevate organizational performance. With a focus on the highest quality of design and development, they will contribute to the conceptualization, development, implementation, and measurement of learning solutions.
• Accelerate digital innovation through design, creation, and engineering of automated cloud solutions driving advanced Business capabilities
• Develop, customize, implement, and maintain current MS SharePoint Environment and MS Power Platform Services (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI).
• SharePoint Online Site Administration including building sites and pages, modifying, and deleting sites, managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, User groups, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance)
• Design, develop and manage Power Automate workflows, lists, permissions, views and SharePoint solutions, Teams, and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
• Develop and coordinate collaborative solutions crafted to manage information, streamline business processes, simplify reporting, and gather information.
• Implement SharePoint security architecture, including group assignments and permission levels.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Support other technical needs in support of GLA and GLKM including but not limited to the exploration, scoping, and implementation of learning authoring tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Solid grasp of SharePoint architecture and MS Online
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint security architecture, group assignment and permission levels.
• Demonstrable experience in SharePoint development and customization.
• Proficient with configuring and implementing Power Automate.
• Strong proficiency in developing PowerApps.
• Solid grasp of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms.
• Knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and document libraries.
• Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint representational state transfer (REST) API.
• Use JQuery and JQuery UI for improving user interface functionalities.
• Demonstrate knowledge and coding ability in JavaScript.
• Work with XML for data manipulation and integration tasks.
• 3+ years’ experience in PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI experience.
